Exchanges and refunds due to product defects
If the following conditions are met, we will exchange the product.
Correspondence conditions
If there is a problem with the product, or if you receive a product that is different from the product you ordered, we will respond by exchanging the product. However, the following cases may not be eligible for exchange. We will bear the shipping fee for the exchange.
Non-exchangeable conditions
- If an application for exchange is not received within 3 days after the product arrives at the customer's location.
- If the product shows signs of use, damage, or stains
- If the product tag or accessories are lost
- If the product is returned by a method other than that specified by our company.
- When it is determined that the product is within the range of individual differences
- Minor marks due to the manufacturing process (things that will come off with washing)
- About thread fraying (thread end)
- Regarding frayed threads on the product, if the fray does not cause a hole to form when pulled, there is no problem with the product itself. Please use scissors to cut off any fraying before use.

Remarks: In some cases, we may not be able to respond to exchanges, such as it being impossible to arrange the same product. In that case, we will respond with a refund. Please note.
